Cava Agromart










For the Catalan cava main varieties used in the blend are: Macabeo, Parellada and xarel.lo. 

Secondary varieties are Chardonnay and Subirat relative. In the Rosé cavas are also used the black varieties Grenache, Monastrell, Pinot Black and drilling. 

The traditional method starts with the sparkling itself, the cuvée bottling adding sparkling liquor. It is a mixture of white wine, sugar and yeast in fermentation, that will produce carbon dioxide and aroma characteristic. 

Nothing better than toast with a glass of cava in good moments.
