A white wine from Mallorca, it is the star wine of Dunord Vitícola winery, bottled in Pollensa
Vineyards
A finca white wine, made with the local varieties Giró ros 50% and Malvasía 50%. The vineyards are located in the Mallorcan region of Alcúdia.
Aging
Fermented in stainless steel tanks between 14 and 16ºC. Subsequent aging with lees in stainless steel tanks for 4 months.
Characteristics
Alcohol content: 14.5% Vol.
Pairing
This white wine pairs well with seafood, fish rice dishes, or fish stew. It is also very gastronomic and can be paired with meats and cheese platters.
