Recipe ingredients for gató almond cake with ice cream
- 6 eggs
- 200gr sugar
- lemon peel
- 200gr crushed almonds
- Agromart almond ice cream
Preparation gató almond cake with ice cream
1.
Infuse the sugar with the lemon peel.
2.
Separate the egg yolks and whip the egg whites until stiff.
3.
Mix the egg yolks with the crushed almond and the sugar.
4.
Grease a mold with a bit of flour and butter so the almond cake doesn’t stick.
5.
Pour the mixture into the mold and bake it at 180°C for half an hour. Serve it accompanied by Agromart ice cream.
