In addition, you can also order pieces of meat that at some point are not exposed in the display case. We also have a section of matured beef, stored in showcases so that they are preserved and do not lose the exquisite quality of these meats. It is a luxury to be able to offer you this type of cut meat, where you can obtain “steaks”, entrecots and fillets of matured calves of different breeds.
