Coca de sobrassada
Ingredients coca de sobrassada
- 300 grams of strong flour
- 300 grams of sugar
- 4 eggs
- 95 grams of sunflower oil
- 100 grams of milk
- 1 packet of ‘Canari’ yeast
- Powdered sugar
Preparacition coca de sobrassada
1.
Mix the ingredients well and spread the dough on a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent the coca from sticking.

Bake for about 10 minutes at 170 degrees.
3.
Add the slices of sobrassada or llonganissa.
4.
Bake for another 10 minutes.
5.
Finally, sprinkle powdered sugar on top (optional).
