- 1 zucchini
- half an onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 egg
- 4 tablespoons of flour
- 40 g of grated cheese
- salt and black pepper
Veggie zucchini burger preparation

Grate a zucchini and half an onion. Finely chop a garlic clove and mix it with the rest of the ingredients in a bowl: 4 tablespoons of flour, one egg, and about 40-50 grams of grated cheese. Add salt and black pepper to fit your taste.

Squeeze the mixture with your hands to remove excess water from the zucchini and onion.

Shape the mixture into patties and fry them in a pan with a little olive oil. Initially, cook on high heat on both sides to create a crust on the burger. Then, lower the heat to cook it thoroughly.

These veggie zucchini burgers are perfect to accompany with salad, tomato with burrata, or a trempó!
