Vineyards
This wine is made from the three most important red grape varieties of the islands: Callet, Mantonegro, and Fogoneu, which make up 80% of the blend.
Aging
Aging in 225-liter barrels of French and American oak for approximately 12 months.

Alcohol content: 13.5% Vol. Total acidity: 4.8 g/L.
