Ingredients snails

• 1 kg of snails
• 1 bunch of aromatic herbs from Agromart
• 2 hot peppers
• 4 tablespoons of salt
• 1 garlic head
• 1 piece of sobrasada
• 1 piece of serrano ham
• Water

Ingredients sauce

• ¼ of minced meat
• 1 onion
• 500 grams of crushed Agromart tomatoes
• Thyme
• Bay leaf
• Salt and oil

Preparation snails in sauce

1. Cook the snails with all the ingredients mentioned above for an hour and a half.

2. They should be well covered with water.

3. Separately, sauté the tomato sauce with the minced meat and the rest of the ingredients.

4. Mix everything.
