Orange cake

(With food processor)

Ingredients

  • 1 Orange
  • 200 grams of sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 grams sunflower oil/arbequina olive oil
  • 1 plain yogurt
  • 250 grams of flour
  • 1 sachet of yeast
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 30 gr of butter to spread the mold

Preparation: 10’

Turn on the oven at 180º approx.

1.- Put the sugar, the orange peeled and chopped into 4 parts, the whole eggs (3′-37º- vel 5)
2.- Add the oil and yogurt (15”- speed 2)
3.- Add the flour, the baking powder and a pinch of salt (15” – vel 3)
4.- Grease the mold with butter and sprinkle with flour
5.- Put the preparation in the mold and bake for about 30 minutes with low and high heat (and if the oven allows it, also with “turbo”).

Turn hot and cool on a rack.
