
Recipe baked artichokes with cherry tomato sauce

Ingredients for 2 people:
- 6 artichokes
- A tray of Agromart cherry tomatoes
- 2 heads of garlic
- Cream cheese
- 1 lemon
- Fresh basil
- Olive oil, salt, and black pepper
Steps to cook baked artichokes:
1. How to properly clean and cut the artichokes
We’ll start by cleaning and cutting the artichokes.
Tip: while you’re cutting them, you can rub them with lemon to prevent oxidation.



2. Boil the artichokes to make them tender
Once they’re all cut, boil them in water for about 15 minutes.



3. Prepare the tray with artichokes and oven-roasted vegetables
Place hoven paper on the tray and arrange all the artichokes, the cherry tomatoes, and the two heads of garlic.
Add salt, olive oil, and black pepper to taste, and bake for 20 minutes at around 200°C.


4. Blend the cherry tomato and basil sauce
After the 20 minutes, blend the cherry tomatoes together with the garlic, a tablespoon of cream cheese, and the basil leaves.
Blend everything well, and the sauce will be ready.




5. Plate the artichokes with the sauce for a spectacular appetizer
Place the sauce in the center and arrange the artichokes around it.
It’s an ideal dish for an appetizer.
The artichokes are dipped into the sauce, and the combination of flavors is spectacular.
