Stuffed tomato
Ingredients for stuffed tomato Recipe
- 4 tomatoes
- 100 g of serrano ham
- fine green beans
- 1 zucchini
- 150 g of soft cheese
- flour
- milk
- salt
- nutmeg
- black pepper
Preparation of Stuffed Tomatoes

Hollow out 4 Agromart tomatoes and reserve the pulp.

Sauté 100 g of serrano ham cut into small pieces, a handful of fine green beans, a zucchini, 150 g of soft cheese, and the tomato pulp.

Stuff the tomatoes and heat them in the microwave for 5 minutes.

For the béchamel sauce: toast 2 tablespoons of flour. Add a glass of milk, salt, nutmeg, and black pepper to taste. Cover the tomatoes with the béchamel sauce and bake them again to gratinate.
5.
Decorate with asparagus tips and cooked serrano ham pieces.
