- 500 g flour
- 150 g lard
- 150 g powdered sugar
- 75 ml sweet wine
- 75 ml olive oil
- 3 egg yolks
Preparation crespells traditional mallorca easter cookies

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.

Knead manually until the dough no longer sticks to the sides of the bowl.
3.
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin.
4.
Shape it and bake at 170°C for about 25 minutes.
5.
(Optional) Sprinkle sugar on top.
