Zucchini noodles “Zoodles”
Ingredients Zucchini noodles:
- 2 zucchinis
- 1 onion
- 200g of sliced Agromart mushrooms
- truffle paste
- 50g of cream cheese
- grated Parmesan cheese
- extra virgin olive oil, salt, and black pepper
Preparation Zucchini noodles

Cut the zucchinis into thin spaghetti-like strips (this can be done with a knife or a spiralizer).

Slice the onion and mushrooms thinly.

In a skillet with extra virgin olive oil over medium heat, add the onion and let it cook for about 10 minutes. Then add the mushrooms, salt, and black pepper, and cook for another 5 minutes.

Add the zoodles and sauté everything together for 2 more minutes while stirring continuously.

Add the cream cheese and truffle sauce. Mix everything well and let it cook for another 1 minute. Serve with grated Parmesan on top.
