Ingredients Coca with Onion and Figs
- 60g of olive oil
- 80g of sparkling water
- 25g de lard
- 100g de harina integral de espelta
- 200g de de harina de trigo ecológica de Agromart
- Bandeja de higos Agromart
- Queso de cabra (opcional)
- Sobrasada Agromart (opcional)
Preparation of an Onion and Fig Coca:
1.
Preparation of the dough: Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and roll out the mixture with a rolling pin until it is smooth.
2.
Preparing the base: Spread the dough in a mold, making sure to create a thin and even layer. Poke holes in the dough with a fork.
3.
First baking: Bake the base for about 10 minutes at 200 degrees to cook it slightly.
4.
Preparation of the topping: Slice the onion into julienne strips and sauté it over low heat until tender. Evenly distribute the onion over the base and add the slices of figs. Optionally, you can add sobrasada or goat cheese.
5.
Final baking: Bake the coca again at 200 degrees until the onion turns golden.
