“Sa Cabreta” Tender goat cheese
A cylindrical cheese, weighing approximately 300-350 gr. Made with pasteurized goat’s milk from the farm itself with natural ferments. We pasteurized milk in a vat, sweetly in a double boiler, a cheese with a minimum of water, hence its exquisite taste.
Tasting note: smell of damp earth and mushrooms, the interior has a clean goat smell and lactic yogurt and cream. Notes of cereal and nuts. Semi-soft texture that over time evolves harder. Flavor with a pleasant acidity of a fruity character (citrus) and persistent.

Natural goat yogurt
Yogurt made with pasteurized goat’s milk from the Formatges Tramuntana farm in Pollensa. Presented with a 350 ml cylindrical jar. Made with pasteurized goat’s milk, calcium chloride and lactic ferments.
Tasting note: The interior has a clean goat’s milk and yogurt odor. Although it does not contain any kind of sweetener or sugar, it contains sweet notes. Creamy texture. It dissolves very well. Flavor with low acidity.
