Ingredients for potato roll stuffed with egg and tuna
For the mashed potatoes
- 6 potatoes
- 100ml milk
- 1 tablespoon of butter
For the filling
- 100 ml of crushed tomato from Agromart
- 3 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 small jar of stuffed olives
- 200 g of tuna
- Salt, oil, black pepper, and nutmeg to taste
Preparation potato roll stuffed with egg and tuna

Cook the potatoes, mash them, and mix them with the milk and butter, adding salt and nutmeg to taste.

For the sauce, sauté the tomato, hard-boiled egg, tuna, and olives.

Spread the mashed potatoes on a sheet of aluminum foil moistened with water and prepare the filling.

Use the foil to help shape it into a roll.
5.
This dish should be eaten cold.
