Traditional snails in sauce
Ingredients snails
- 1 kg of snails (at Agromart there are frozen and cooked, ready to consume).
- 1 bunch of aromatic herbs from Agromart
- 2 hot peppers
- 4 tablespoons of salt
- 1 garlic head
- 1 piece of sobrasada
- 1 piece of serrano ham
- Water
Ingredients sauce
- ¼ of minced meat
- 1 onion
- 500 grams of crushed Agromart tomatoes
- Thyme
- Bay leaf
- Salt and oil
Preparation snails in sauce

Cook the snails with all the ingredients mentioned above for an hour and a half.

They should be well covered with water.

Separately, sauté the tomato sauce with the minced meat and the rest of the ingredients.
4.
Mix everything.
